🚗 Travel Policy

Free travel within 15 miles of Southgate, MI
Beyond 15 miles, travel fees apply:
- 16–30 miles: +$15
- 31–50 miles: +$25
- 50+ miles: Custom quote based on location

PAYMENT and DEPOSIT POLICY
At CleanSlate Memorials, we aim to make the booking process simple and secure.
How It Works:
Once your quote is approved, you’ll receive a secure invoice via Square.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can pay online directly from the invoice — no account needed.
Deposit Required:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due after service is completed and before final photos are delivered.
Why We Require a Deposit:
This helps us schedule your service date, secure materials, and reduce last-minute cancellations.
Need to Reschedule? We understand — life happens. Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
